Passionate and inspirational, Brenna touches student’s hearts with her loving and creative energy. Her deep fascination for the healing practices founded in ancient traditions, ayurveda, and emotional intelligence, keeps her equally devoted as a student as she is to teaching. Brenna is a firm believer that discernment, vulnerability, focus, and hugs are key ingredients for growth on the mat. In her offerings expect to be taken to your edge in your body, mind, and spirit.

Lindsay Warne

Lindsay is a passionate plant momma as well as a devoted yoga practitioner and teacher.  She is a firm believer in the healing power of yoga and its many lifestyle practices. As she explored yoga she gained a host of tools to help deal with everyday life, including her growing passion for gardening and whole foods. She has chosen to educate herself in a variety of types of yoga from chair yoga and restorative to hatha and Ashtanga. Her variety of offerings are truly for every “body”, incredibly inclusive, and well rounded.

Shea Usick

Shea is a body nerd with a love for exploring his body and his mind. He has a way of discovering weakness and rigidity in the body and mind and a way of discovering unique methods of working through them. His dedication and passion for movement has led him to practice many disciplines and modalities ranging from martial arts, parkour, tricking, and breakdancing. His offerings are designed for the discovery of your body both in theory and in practical execution so get ready to learn!

Shayla Syrota

After leaving competitive sport, Shayla decided to try yoga and was immediately hooked on a practice that contains strength, balance, and mobility. Her current approach to practice is rooted in curiosity, building heat, softening into the water-like quality of movement. Her style is rooted in science and applied kinesiology. Her teaching style will not only challenge you to find the edge of what is possible, but will challenge you to find the ease and steadiness within movement so you can be the best you!

Joanne Lavoie

Often mistaken for the Energizer Bunny, Joanne’s eccentric and bright personality will leave your heart and soul burning hot on the coldest of winter days. Anatomy and physiology set her soul on fire and she is constantly furthering her knowledge and self study of the human body. Her offerings will leave you with belly rumbling laughter or at least a really big smile. Your body and mind will be challenged to the core and she will help you find your purpose for practice through each posture.
